Contacting the team

Email links open your email app. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Messages you send through those services are handled by those providers and the showroom team.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we ask for your name, email address and the showroom you would like to hear from, along with your style preference, how and when you would prefer to be contacted, an optional telephone number and appointment date, and your message.

We use those details to answer your enquiry, route it to the right showroom and arrange any appointment. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not sell or share your details for advertising.

How your enquiry reaches us

Enquiries sent through the website contact form are delivered by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the email addresses and message content on our behalf so that your acknowledgement and the showroom notification can be delivered. Resend's own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Keeping the form secure

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare processes the technical signals needed to make that check, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Hosting and technical information

This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical request information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics to this website. External services linked from these pages have their own privacy terms.

Your information and your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email musty@kutchenhausart.co.uk and we will sort it out with you.
